1. Height Restrictions and Ride Policy (Sky Chair & Luge):
Children 85–120 cm in height can ride with an adult by purchasing a tandem ticket on-site.
Children must be at least 6 years old and 110 cm tall to ride solo.
(Same ticket price applies to adults and children.)
Even if over 110 cm, solo riding may be denied based on staff's safety judgment.
Children between 85–120 cm tall must ride accompanied by a guardian who is at least 150 cm tall and 19 years old.
Open all year round.
In case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, or typhoons, operations may be suspended for safety.
During summer or peak seasons, opening hours may be extended based on on-site decisions.
On weekends, holidays, or peak travel seasons, entry may be limited due to high crowd volume.

Each luge ride takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Waiting times may be longer during weekends and public holidays.
Operations may be suspended due to weather conditions to ensure customer safety.
Parking fee: KRW 1,000 per hour, with a daily maximum of KRW 30,000. First 30 minutes are free.
Management will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles caused by customer negligence in the parking area.
