Pass Details：

1. Usage Period: Can be used throughout the year, beginning on April 1, 2016 (Friday)
2. Valid Period: For 7 consecutive days
3. Unlimited travel for ordinary car reserved seats on the limited express trains (Shinkansen included), express trains, and local trains of Kansai-airport, the Kansai area, the Hokuriku area, Tokyo Metropolitan District and Narita and Haneda Airports (in the case of the Haruka limited express, ordinary car non-reserved seats).
4. The Haruka limited express between Kansai-airport and Shin-Osaka/Kyoto (non-reserved seats).
5. The Thunderbird limited express between Osaka and Kanazawa and the Hokuriku Shinkansen between Kanazawa and Tokyo.
6. The Narita Express limited express in the pass area.
7. The Tokyo Monorail between Hamamatsucho and Haneda Airport Terminal 2.
8. JR lines in the Keihanshin region (Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara) and JR lines in the Tokyo Metropolitan District.
9. Etsumi-Hoku Line, Nanao Line, Himi Line, Johana Line, Takayama Main Line (between Toyama and Inotani), and Oito Line (between Itoigawa and Minami-Otari).
10. IR Ishikawa Railway, Ainokaze Toyama Railway, and Noto Railway.
11. Your full name under the exchnage order voucher MUST match with your passport. You will NOT be able to redeem your JR Pass if there is any discrepancy in your name. Please verify your passport information before your departure

3. Travel Service Centers (View Plaza): Yokohama Station and Nagano Station
4. Information centers: Shinagawa Station, Shibuya Station, Shinjuku Station (East Exit), Ikebukuro Station, and Ueno Station (Central Exit)

​West Japan area：

1. Kansai Airport Station, Osaka Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Kyoto Station, Kanazawa Station, and Toyama Station.

 

Redemption Details:

• Please present the confirmation email and identity document to exchange for JR Pass redemption ticket at your selected branch.
• Please present the JR Pass redemption ticket and your passport to exchange for JR Pass physical ticket at the above designated redemption locations.
• The exchange locations may adjust their operating hours or suspend services. Please confirm the details before your departure.
• After getting the JR pass, show it to the station’s ticket counter and enjoy free access to designated areas.
• The validity of the redemption ticket is 90 days after the confirmation of booking.
• The pass can only be used by the holder.
